The LGA1366 version 2 Voltage Test Tool allows validation of the VR11 functionality and loadline data
gathering on socket LGA1366 platforms CPU Vcc rail only.  This tool is intended to be an interim solution
until the arrival of the official Socket B1 (LGA1366) VR Test Tool, which will be the POR tool for gathering
VR11.1 loadline data.
